Executive Producer Needed – "LETTERS" 30-Minute film

• Production Scope: 30,000 CHF total budget model (10k CHF already secured via crowdfunding; active planning for remaining funding, grants, and strategic partnerships)

About the Project:

LETTERS follows Anita, a high-achieving student whose anonymous love letters spark rivalry and betrayal, ultimately leading her to choose self-worth over romantic validation. Built on a lean, disciplined production model using controlled locations and block-shooting, the film features a distinct visual identity blending warm rom-com tropes with stark psychological drama.

Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Producer to join the core team and help bring this proof-of-concept Swiss indie film to life. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with budget oversight and executing the remaining financing strategy (private investors, cultural grants, and partnerships).
• Overseeing high-level production logistics and timeline management leading up to the July 2027 shoot.
• Collaborating on festival submission strategies and distribution planning (targeting Swiss and international indie circuits).
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for independent cinema and character-driven storytelling.
• Experience or strong organizational background in film production, financing, or management.
• Familiarity with the Swiss film landscape, grants, or festival distribution is a strong plus.
