Für ein emotionales Kurzfilm-Drama, das stark von der asiatischen Lakorn-Ästhetik inspiriert ist, suche ich engagierte Teammitglieder und kreative Partner!

Das Drehbuch befindet sich aktuell in der Finalisierung. Der Film wird auf Englisch gedreht, um ihn gezielt bei internationalen Filmfestivals (z. B. USA, Niederlande u. a.) einzureichen und hochwertiges Material für unser aller Showreels zu schaffen.

Im Oktober 2026 geht es mit dem beliebten Publikumsformat weiter. Die Filmperlen zeigen im Stadtkino Basel an sechs Samstagen unter dem Thema «Film im Film» ausgewählte Werke, die ihre Erzählform auf unterschiedliche Weise reflektieren oder das Filmemachen selbst als Handlung inszenieren. Nach jedem Screening bietet ein Apéro Zeit für individuelle Gespräche. Anschliessend werden im Plenum Eindrücke besprochen oder es wird die Gelegenheit geboten, eingeladenen Filmschaffenden Fragen zu stellen.

What happens to love when borders get in the way?

VISA VERSA is an international feature film project made up of short love stories from different countries and cultures – all connected by the strange, frustrating, funny, painful and sometimes absurd realities of immigration.

Following the production of the first VISA VERSA short film in Madrid, we are now looking for filmmakers and screenwriters from around the world.

We are looking for original short film scripts exploring love and relationships across cultures and borders, where immigration systems aren't just part of the background, but part of the story.

Selected scripts will have the opportunity to be developed and produced as part of VISA VERSA, with the individual short films ultimately coming together to form one international anthology feature.

Für unseren unabhängig produzierten Kurzfilm „Nine Seconds“ suchen wir eine Tonperson für Originalton und Tonangel am Set.

Der Film erzählt von einem jungen Boxer, dessen Wut seine Beziehung und seinen Platz im Gym gefährdet. Erst als er beginnt, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, findet er einen neuen Zugang zu sich selbst.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Dialoge aufnehmen und die Tonangel führen.

• Aufnahmen mit Kopfhörern kontrollieren und Störgeräusche frühzeitig erkennen.

• Atmosphären, Raumton und einzelne Geräusche für die Nachbearbeitung aufnehmen.

• Tondateien übersichtlich benennen und mit der Kameraabteilung synchronisieren.

• Gemeinsam mit der Regie Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Drehorte finden – darunter Boxgym, Kirche, Club und Außenaufnahmen am See.

Drehzeitraum und Orte:

23.–26. Oktober 2026 im Raum Rorschach, St. Gallen und Umgebung. Freitag und Sonntag sind Abend- beziehungsweise Nachtaufnahmen geplant. Montag endet der Drehtag spätestens um 15:00 Uhr. Idealerweise bist du an allen vier Tagen verfügbar; bitte teile uns deine möglichen Einsatztage mit.

Vorhandenes Equipment:

Ein Zoom H5studio und ein RØDE NTG3 stehen zur Verfügung. Weiteres Zubehör wie Tonangel, Mikrofonaufhängung, Windschutz, Kopfhörer und Kabel stimmen wir vorab mit dir ab. Wenn du eigenes Equipment mitbringen kannst, gib das bitte bei deiner Bewerbung an.

Dein Profil:

Du hast erste Erfahrung mit Filmton oder befindest dich in einer entsprechenden Ausbildung. Du arbeitest aufmerksam, zuverlässig und sprichst es an, wenn eine Aufnahme wiederholt werden muss. Auch Berufseinsteigerinnen und Berufseinsteiger mit praktischer Erfahrung sind willkommen.

DYNAMIC FRAME is a film production company based in Zurich and has been producing everything from classic TVCs and international music videos to feature films and theatrical documentaries for the past 13 years. Our team of 11 remains flexible and close-knit, even when things get hectic.

To support the production of our new international feature film, we are looking for a Production Intern to join us as soon as possible for approximately 6 months.

The role focuses on pre-production activities, working closely with production management, unit management and assistant directing. The role also involves assisting with castings, location scouting, general research tasks and travel management.

The place of work is our office in Binz, Zurich. Filming will take place in the canton of Neuchâtel in January and February 2027.

Synopsis
The story follows Maynard, a young man who stutters, and because of this he struggles to connect with people, feels overlooked, and finds his life unfair. Tired of it all, after a bad day and a missed opportunity, he meets his friend and rants about his life and the frustrations of how difficult it is. But when Leeds reveals a life-changing cancer diagnosis, Maynard realises that maybe it's not that bad, that it can always be worse, and that he still has to just live and keep going
Genre: Drama
Length: 4-5 minutes
Theme: Perspective, gratitude, and overcoming insecurity.

Lead Role: Maynard

Maynard is a young man who stutters. He is innocent, kind-hearted, and genuinely tries his best, but he often feels overlooked and insecure because of his speech. Over time, he becomes frustrated and fed up with how difficult everyday interactions can be.
