AUDITIONS FOR SHORT FILM

Auditions on the 21.03 and 24.03

NADA Productions is looking for actors for our next project. The film will be shot in English!

Roles:

• the shoot is going to take place in April-May; it is preferred that the actors can work flexibly during that month. Rehearsals will take place in late March.

Serge (m):

• Lead
• Aged mid-late 20s
• Actor preferably has a drivers license
• Male (open to female)
• Sharper, more masculine features
• Externally stone faced, but internally exhausted by years of repression
• Has the need to maintain control

Yasir (m):

• Co-Lead/Antagonist
• Aged mid-late 20s
• Male (open to female)
• PREPARED TO SMOKE
• Physically unassuming, looks friendly
• Charismatic with a strong presence, communicating confidence and underlying sinister intentions

Tenseem (f):

• Supporting Character, Serge's ex-girlfriend
• Aged mid-late 20s
• Dark hair and striking features
• Confident demeanor
• Main moral compass of the story

Marianne (f):

• Supporting Character, Serge's mother
• Aged from 30+ to early 50s
• Heavy presence to be around
• Emotionally manipulative and overbearing, but with a sympathetic edge

The roles and their script excerpts for the auditions are also included in the Drive. If you have time to attend the audition, you can sign up in the Google Doc.
