Looking for script writer

I'm looking for someone who feels like writing an amazing international script.
Requirements:
- English high proficiency in writing or native
- Experience writing feature length scripts
- Either true story, drama, thriller in combination with romance. I thought of something involving a deaf girl, but that isn't a must.
