Looking for various locations for our new movie

We're planning to shoot our 90 min action film between August and October. For this we still need locations we can film at.

Location 1:
Office room with one desk, kinda like a colonel's office in the US military.

Location 2:
Either a bunker or a warehouse. We need a place with enough space and one or two separate rooms.

Location 3:
Boxing Gym. A gym where you can box that also has their own ring. It doesn't have to be a large one, small would be enough.

We sadly don't have budget, however we can put the logo and name of the location in the credits.
