I have the same idea.
Hi, I’m Nishith Raghavendra, 18, from Zurich. I’m a filmmaker and writer, and I want to build a small team of young creative people. I’m looking for people with different skills — camera, editing, audio, planning/locations — and also all‑round helpers.
I’ve written a short‑film script and need a small team to bring it to life.
The film is in English, and the scenes will be performed in English.
This project is unpaid, but the plan is to build a long‑term creative team for future films and projects. If this short film goes well, we will continue working together and grow as a team.
We will be filming around Zurich, so I’m looking for people from Zurich or people who live about 30–40 minutes away and can travel to different locations by public transport.
Short Film Synopsis:
Maynard struggles with a strong stutter and experiences a difficult day full of embarrassing moments. In the evening, his friend Leeds tells him that he has cancer. Maynard realizes that everyone is fighting their own battles — and that his life, despite everything, is still good.
What I’m looking for:
Camera person with a good eye and their own camera
Editor who can cut well and wants material for their portfolio
Audio person who knows boom and clip‑on mics
Planner for locations, continuity, and organization
Creative people who simply want to help
